Jim Harley serves as President for Bentley Mills, Inc. A 30-year veteran in the flooring industry, he is responsible for leading the company’s manufacturing efforts, quality assurance practices, and facility management. Jim returned to Bentley in 2013. Prior to his current role, he held the positions of senior vice president of manufacturing for Tandus from 2005 to 2013 and vice president of manufacturing for Monterey Carpets from 2001 to 2005. Jim began his career in flooring at Bentley Mills, spanning 15 years and rising to the level of vice president and general manager. He resides in Corona, California with his wife and son.
Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
Richard French serves as vice president of sales for Bentley Mills, Inc. A proven sales executive, Richard is charged with leading Bentley’s four regional vice presidents and 60+ account executives globally. Richard was previously with Interface for over 21 years, and with Milliken & Company for 8 years. He began his career as an Engineer and quickly learned his talents and passions were within the sales organization. French earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Auburn University in 1988. French and his wife, Leanne, reside in Atlanta with their two children, Parker and Jonathan.
Vice President of Marketing
Sherry Dreger serves as the vice president of marketing for Bentley Mills, Inc. She returned to the brand in 2012. With a 23-year history in the flooring industry, Sherry is responsible for engaging the team in visual branding, product merchandising, marketing efforts, and media communications. Prior to her current position, she has held roles in sales, marketing, and product development for flooring manufacturers across the country. Before her return to Bentley, Sherry served as the North American A&D market manager for Milliken & Company. Raised in Florida, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Sherry recently relocated from Georgia to California and resides in Manhattan Beach with her husband and two children.
Vice President of Human Resources
Aimee Alfonso serves as the vice president of human resources for Bentley Mills Inc. She joins Bentley with more than 20 years experience in human resources ranging from the aerospace industry, non-profits, and consulting. Prior to joining Bentley in 2017, Aimee consulted and served as the Vice President of Human Resources/Administrative Services at Orange County Adult Achievement Center, a non-profit organization providing programs and services for mentally disabled adults. The majority of her experience is in the manufacturing environment, specifically with her time serving as Director of Human Resources at Hartwell Corporation/McKechnie Aerospace, a manufacturer for commercial and military aircraft applications in Placentia, California. Aimee graduated from Brigham Young University with a Juris Doctor in 1993 and a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1990 from the University of California, Riverside. She currently resides in Anaheim Hills, California.
