Nancy Agger-Nielsen
Chief Financial Officer
Nancy brings strategic perspective to finance—balancing operational rigor with a clear view of where the business is headed. Since joining Bentley in 2021, she has overseen accounting, finance, credit and IT, drawing on more than 30 years of experience across private equity-backed companies and global public organizations. Her background spans everything from early-stage growth to complex, large-scale operations, giving her a well-rounded view of how businesses evolve. A CPA by training, Nancy holds a BS in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management. She is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach and her ability to translate financial insight into forward momentum for the organization.

Aimee Alfonso
Vice President of Human Resources
At the center of Aimee’s work is the belief that the best organizations are built by investing in people. With more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing, aerospace, nonprofit and consulting, she brings both breadth and perspective to her role. Her work spans talent development, organizational design and leadership support—always with a focus on creating environments where people can do their best work. Aimee holds a JD from Brigham Young University and a BA in English from University of California, Riverside. She’s known for her thoughtful approach and her commitment to building a culture that reflects both the values and the ambitions of Bentley.

For Brooks, lasting success comes down to strong relationships, high-performing teams, and showing up consistently, day in and day out. With nearly two decades in commercial flooring, he brings deep industry knowledge and a practical, people-first approach to the work. Since joining Bentley in 2020, Brooks has helped expand the company’s reach, strengthen key partnerships, and build momentum in competitive markets, always with a focus on long-term value over quick wins. Grounded in experience and driven by results, he’s known for building teams that perform, relationships that last and a sales approach that reflects the best of the Bentley brand.

Catherine Prossen
Vice President, Business Development and Marketing
Catherine works at the intersection of relationships, strategy and brand, connecting what customers need with how Bentley shows up in the market. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and growth strategy, she brings a sharp understanding of market dynamics and a strong instinct for where opportunity lies. Her background includes roles at Interface, Inc. and nora®, where she developed targeted strategies and helped expand presence in key segments. At Bentley, Catherine focuses on building meaningful connections with end users while shaping a brand that is both relevant and resonant. She brings energy, clarity and a forward-looking perspective to the work, always with an eye toward what’s next.

Christina Bowlby
Senior Director of Design
Christina approaches design as both craft and connection, where technical understanding meets creative instinct, and ideas take shape through material. With a foundation in fibers from the Savannah College of Art & Design, she developed a hands-on understanding of how carpet is made. Her experience spans hospitality, custom design and product development, including roles at Mohawk Industries, Shaw Industries and Tarkett. Christina is especially passionate about the process: researching trends, building collections and mentoring designers along the way. She brings curiosity, openness and a sense of possibility to her work, helping others see flooring not just as a surface, but as a medium for expression.
