Jay Brown is President and Chief Operating Officer of Bentley Mills, Inc. A visionary leader with more than three decades of expertise in operations and sales, Jay oversees the company’s manufacturing, quality assurance practices, facility management, and supply chain innovation. Jay joined Bentley in 2020 as Vice President of Operations, having previously spent seven years at Interface. Not only is he intimately familiar with the industry at large, he understands what makes Bentley and our customers so special.
Nancy Agger-Nielsen
Chief Financial Officer
Nancy joined Bentley in 2021 and oversees the company’s accounting, finance, credit and information technology functions. An operational and strategic leader with over three decades of expertise in corporate finance and accounting from private equity backed startups to large multinational public companies focused in manufacturing and distribution, Nancy began her career in public accounting as a CPA. She holds a BS in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona and an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. Nancy enjoys working alongside our leadership team to continue its growth and leading position in commercial flooring.
Aimee Alfonso
Vice President of Human Resources
Aimee Alfonso serves as the vice president of human resources for Bentley Mills Inc. She joins Bentley with more than 20 years experience in human resources ranging from the aerospace industry, non-profits, and consulting. Prior to joining Bentley in 2017, Aimee consulted and served as the Vice President of Human Resources/Administrative Services at Orange County Adult Achievement Center, a non-profit organization providing programs and services for mentally disabled adults. The majority of her experience is in the manufacturing environment, specifically with her time serving as Director of Human Resources at Hartwell Corporation/McKechnie Aerospace, a manufacturer for commercial and military aircraft applications in Placentia, California. Aimee graduated from Brigham Young University with a Juris Doctor in 1993 and a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1990 from the University of California, Riverside. She currently resides in Anaheim Hills, California.
Victoria deVuono
Vice President of Product & Marketing
Victoria (Vicki) deVuono serves as vice president of product and marketing for Bentley Mills, Inc. Directing both new product development and creative marketing establishes a strong synergy between the two studios, strengthening our brand identity and demand for our products and services in the marketplace. Her previous roles included leadership positions in global brand strategy, creative direction, marketing, design and sales. Vicki, who began her career as a color and materials specialist at Perkins & Will in Chicago, spent nearly 26 years at Interface in various creative, marketing and sales roles. While there, she had the opportunity to work with the Bentley brand and is thrilled to be part of our team once again.
Brian Ostrow
Vice President of Sales
Results-driven sales leader with over 29 years of success by cultivating impactful relationships to our company, team, and clients. Sustained success driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth while providing visionary sales leadership in highly competitive markets. Brian joined Bentley in 2014 as the regional vice president of the Western region, where he grew sales from $23M to over $58M. Brian began his career as a partner of a single-family home builder, later excelling in sales roles at Shaw Industries and Tandus.
Catherine Prossen
Vice President of Business Development
Catherine Prossen serves as vice president of business development for Bentley Mills, Inc. Her role involves strengthening relationships with end users and developing strategies to enhance brand recognition and market positioning. With two decades of experience in sales, Catherine’s career is marked by innovation, strategic impact, and a dedication to advancing both brand and market. Prior to Bentley, Catherine worked with nora® and Interface for nearly a decade, where she developed a K12 market segmentation strategy, and most recently served as regional sales manager for the Midwest.
